Always visit before signing. Photos can be very different from reality!
Check nearby facilities: convenience stores, supermarkets, train stations.

6. Be Ready to Act Quickly
Good properties in Osaka move fast — especially near train stations.
If you find something you like, be ready to apply immediately!
